Standard new patient exam. Includes health history consultation, chiropractic exam, orthopedic & neurological evaluation, and cervical x-rays (only if medically necessary).
Specialized exam for motor vehicle accident (MVA) and personal injury patients. Includes everything in the Spinal Exam plus radiographic ligament instability analysis & dynamic range of motion testing with EMG.
For patients with knee pain, shoulder pain, and soft-tissue joint pain. Includes orthopedic exam & diagnostic mapping session with StemWave machine.

river bright74 days agoI am still under a recovery protocol with dr.packer but since I have come to precision spinal care I feel my body is being properly looked after and treated, without them I would be so much worse off after my accident. I am grateful for how pleasant and welcoming the staff is and how I can feel a real difference leaving after treatment. I still have another month of much needed treatment but I look forward to getting better and better after each appointment. They took the time to educate me on my chronic mid-back pain and provided a clear plan to eliminate it. After only six visits, my pain has subsided and I’m able to walk normally without back tension. He scheduled me for a series of sessions where he explained what was the root cause of my pain, and then adjusted my neck area. After visits, bed therapy, and re-evaluations, my pain level has improved by at least 90%. I recommend Dr. Packer. He has helped me greatly. Richard Quast173 days agoI came to Dr. Packer after over 20 years of hopping from one person to another with short-lived results and frustrated that it looked like until the end of my life, I was going to have to spend money getting maintenance check-ups every other week, but I wasn’t doing that so I would live in pain for a while and then give in and go to somebody else with the same scenario. One day while lying on my couch crying that I needed someone who could help me so this wouldn’t continue forever with this chronic pain…I came across Dr. Packer during a Google search. I listened to His videos and testimonials of people that have been to him with such good results. It really was a moment where I heard God speak to me and say.. This is the person that you need to go to. And so made the appt. to come in. I’ve been pleased with not just him but the whole office of assistants that he has working with him that are pleasant since I came and continues every time I come twice a week. Knowing now, after coming to him, that I was out of alignment with my spine and him just knowing how to get it back, was life-changing. I’m still on the journey to recovery, which is why I’m signed into the program to come for three months twice a week. If you’ve been to multiple people like I have and don’t think that you’ll ever find something that’s going to help his approach is so different than any chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Went to other Chiropractors they just wanted to give me cortisone shots and not address the problem, So I decided to try someone different. Nothing made a difference and I was beginning to accept the pain would something I just had to live with. I saw the $49 add and thought I had nothing to lose. The best decision I ever made. Teresa Knecht370 days agoI began suffering from knee pain and was unable to squat, which was leading to other issues with my back and general mobility. Several specialists and thousands of dollars later, it was told everything was "normal." Just "getting old." After visiting Dr. Packer, and doing the series of stemwave treatments, I am almost back to 100% normal. I can garden, do tai chi, and all of my daily tasks pain free. Ida W.2528 days agoI was hit head on by a dump truck and it messed up every vertebrae in my back. After years of chiropractors and still pain I found out about this team. When I say I am so blessed by God to have found them Dr. Wainwright and Dr. Packard have helped me beyond belief. My back is so much better and now I can move on with my life. I went there thinking that I would probably hear the same thing I have heard in the past. Boy was I wrong. Dr. Packer listened to me, looked me in the eye and really listened to what I had to say. That is so rare now a days in the medical world. My questions were answered, my concerns were eased and I feel like I am on the right path to healing. Today was my first treatment with Dr. Packer and it was painless. No jerking your body around, no hard pushing and pulling on your body at all. I'm a competitive crossfit athlete, and hurt my back in December of 2016, but I didn't start paying serious attention to it until February of 2017. I went hopping from one doctor to another hoping to find answers as to why my back was hurting so bad until I found Precision Spinal Care. Dr. Packer was able to get to the root of the problem after several examinations and x-rays. I was given a 12-week treatment program and have gotten amazing results! I love everyone at this clinic! Deborah Land Tabor3516 days agoI love this practice! I cannot explain how, but every time I have a medical issue, getting in alignment speeds up the healing process. The latest is a badly sprained ankle. I have been in pain and feeling no healing progress for 4 weeks. I am wearing a boot and on crutches, and every step was painful. After getting a treatment 2 days ago, I am healing and can put weight on my ankle, with caution of course. The big difference is the pain is so significantly reduced, I almost forget it is hurt.
